1 Transfer dimensions to new part according to separation points on vehicle and cut with body saw (areas B and C).

Prepare new rear fender

2 Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides

3 Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
