1 Expose spot welds (areas A, D, E, F and G).

2 Cut out spot welds with spot weld milling cutter (areas A, D, E, F and G).

3 Cut welds with ball cutter (areas B and C).

4 Expose spot welds (area H).

5 Cut out spot welds with spot weld milling cutter (area H).

6 Cut rear fender with body saw (area J).

7 Remove rear fender.

8 Expose spot welds (areas K and L).

9 Cut out spot welds with spot weld milling cutter and remove (areas K and L).

Separate rear fender

10 Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the crosshatched areas.

Grind spot weld down to bare metal on both sides.

11 Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
