1 Drill holes for plug weldings in areas D and E on rear lamp reinforcement (1) and grind mating surfaces down to bare metal on both sides.

2 Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in areas A to C on rear lamp reinforcement (1), on both sides.

3 Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in areas F to H on rear lamp reinforcement (1), on both sides. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
