Install and weld in reinforcement for B-pillar

Install B-pillar reinforcement (1), fit and fix in place.

Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in B-pillar reinforcement (1) (areas A and B).

Remove B-pillar reinforcement (1).

Deburr rivet holes on B-pillar reinforcement (1) and body on both sides.

Remove drilling chips.

Apply zinc dust paint to rivet holes.

Install and weld in reinforcement for B-pillar

Install B-pillar reinforcement (1), fit and fix in place.

B-pillar reinforcement (1) (areas C, D and E).

Rivet B-pillar reinforcement (1) with Ø 6.5x12,5 blind rivets (areas A1 and B1).
