Mark separation lines (2, 3) on door frame paneling (4).


Dimensions:
a = approx. 200 mm
b = approx. 260 mm

Separate right B-pillar paneling (1) along marked separation lines (2, 3).

Grind right B-pillar paneling (1) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.


Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

Remove grinding dust.

Coat inside of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
