1 Install outer rear wheel well (1), rear fender, trunk lid, taillamps and rubber seal and fit.
2 Check gaps using feeler gauge and adjust.
3 Fix outer rear wheelhouse (1) and rear fender in place with vise grip pliers.

4 Remove trunk lid, taillamps and rubber seal.
5 Drill rivet holes in outer rear wheel well (1) using Ø 6.7 mm bit (area A).
6 Remove rear fender and outer rear wheel well (1).
7 Deburr rivet holes on outer rear wheel well (1) on both sides.
8 Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

9 Install outer rear wheelhouse (1), fit and fix place with vice grip pliers and manual temporary fasteners.

10 Rivet outer rear wheelhouse (1) with Polygrip Ø 6.4 14 flat/round head rivet (area A).
11 Outer rear wheel well (1) (areas B, C, D and E).
12 Foam part (arrow) on outer rear wheelhouse (1) (area G).
Remove or replace foam rubber element (arrow) if damaged.
13 Clean welds with round wire brush.

14 Remove grinding and drilling chips with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
