Install outer rear wheel well

The following operation steps are shown on model 171.

1 Install outer rear wheel well with rear fender, trunk lid, taillamps, rubber seal and lock striker and fit.

2 Check and adjust gap dimensions.

3 Fix outer rear wheel well in place.

4 Remove rear fender, trunk lid, taillamps, rubber seal and lock striker.

5 Outer rear wheelhouse (1) (areas A, B and C ).

6 Clean spot weld flanges.

7 Remove shavings.

8 Apply zinc dust paint from inside to spot weld flange, which is no longer accessible after repair (areas A, B and C ).
