1 Install outer rear wheelhouse with rear fender, fit and fasten.
2 Install taillamp, rubber seal and locking eye.
3 Check and adjust gaps:
Rear fender to taillamp
Trunk lid to top of rear fender
Trunk lid cover to taillamp
Front door to upper side section
Front door to lower side section
Use feeler gage!

4 Install outer rear wheelhouse
5 Drill dia. 6.5 mm rivet holes (area F and G).
6 Remove rear outer wheelhouse and deburr rivet holes on both sides.

7 Install rear outer wheelhouse and fasten with pop-up rivets with locking thread.
8 Rivet outer rear wheelhouse with
6.4 x 14 mm dia. Polygrip flat head rivets (area F and G).

9 Rear outer wheelhouse (areas A, B, D and E).
10 Rear outer wheelhouse (area C).
11 Clean weld with wire brush.
12 Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
13 Coat weld and inner adjacent surfaces with zinc dust paint.
