The following steps are shown on model 906.733 with code T16 Right load compartment sliding door on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.
1 Apply sealant in cross-hatched areas.
2 Install front side wall paneling (1) with side roof paneling (2) and fit.
3 Fasten front side wall paneling (1) with side roof paneling (2) using clamping pliers.
Perform following step only on vehicles with window cutout.
4 Front side wall paneling (1) (area A).
5 Tack weld front side wall paneling (1) with side roof paneling (2) (areas B and C).
6 Grind down flat inert gas tack welds (areas B and C).

7 Front side wall paneling (1) (areas D, E and F).
8 Coat insides of mating surfaces with zinc dust paint (area F).

9 Front side wall paneling (1) (area H).
10 Front side wall paneling (1) (area G).
11 Clean welds using round wire brush.
12 Remove sanding dust using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
13 Side roof paneling (2) (area I).
14 Grind down flat MIG plugs welds on side roof paneling (2) (area I).
15 Clean welds using round wire brush.
16 Remove sanding dust using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
