The following operation steps are shown on model 906.733 on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.
1 Apply adhesive in crosshatched areas.
2 Install front side wall paneling (1) and side roof paneling and align.
Use set of templates to align front side wall paneling (1) to side roof paneling .
3 Fix front side wall paneling (1) in place.
4 Remove side roof paneling.
Perform following step only on vehicles with window cutout.
5 Front side wall paneling (1) (area A).
6 Tack weld front side wall paneling (1) (areas B and C).
7 Grind down flat inert gas tack welds (areas B and C).

8 Front side wall paneling (1) (areas D and E).

9 Front side wall paneling (1) (areas F and H).
10 Front side wall paneling (1) (area G).
11 Clean weld joints.
12 Remove shavings.
13 Coat insides of mating surfaces with zinc dust paint (area F).

The following step is only performed on vehicles without window cutout.
14 Following installation and painting work on the front side wall paneling (1) Sikaflex 221 sealant is applied between the front side wall paneling (1) and the inner section of the side wall paneling (5) (crosshatched areas).
