AR63.10-D-0030-03H | Install rear side wall paneling
Danger | The high voltage used for electric welding presents a lethal hazard. Risk of explosion from welding in areas close to highly inflammable materials. Risk of injury from weld splatter and UV-light when welding. Risk of poisoning from inhaling welding gases | Use insulating mats. Wear protective clothing, safety glasses and a protective mask. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. Use air extraction system.
Caution | Risk of injury caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts | Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.

Set of templates
The following operation steps are shown on different sides of the vehicle on model 906.733 with code D03 (Roof and rear-end doors, high version) and must be similarly performed on the respective side of the vehicle in the case of corresponding damage.
1 | Install rear side wall paneling (1), sliding door, seal and lock striker and fit. |
Use set of templates to align rear side wall paneling (1) to side roof paneling . |
Only the installation depth (position in relation to sliding door) can be adjusted on the C-pillar. For this purpose it may be necessary to shim the rear side wall paneling (1) on the C-pillar. |
2 | Mark position of rear side wall paneling (1) in relation to C-pillar. |
3 | Remove rear side wall paneling (1), sliding door, seal and lock striker. |
