Cut front side wall paneling (1) at separating point (area I).

Remove cut section of front side wall paneling (1).

Drill holes in front side wall paneling (1) with Ø 7 mm (areas J, K, L).

Grind mating surfaces on front side wall paneling (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.
Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

Grind cross-hatched areas on front side wall paneling (1) down to bare metal around holes.

Zinc dust paint to insides of spot weld flanges.
