6 | Remove detachable parts in area to be repaired | ||
7 | Pull upper radiator mount clips (1) out on left and right | ||
8 | Press upper radiator mount (2) together on left and right and pull up and out | ||
9 | Remove clips (3) on left and right | ||
10 | Remove windshield cleaning fluid reservoir catch (4) | ||
11 | Lay windshield cleaning fluid reservoir (5) down to side | ||
12 | Open hood release cable connector (8) | ||
13 | Unhook hood release cable (7) from hood release cable connector (8) | ||
14 | Guide hood release cable (7) through bracket (6) | ||
15 | Loosen air intake connection (9) | ||
16 | Remove clips (10) with wiring harness from reinforcement (22) | ||
17 | Lay clips (10) down to side with wiring harness | ||
18 | Cut left and right cable tie (11) | ||
19 | Remove bolt (15) reinforcement (22) on left and right | ||
20 | Remove bolts (24) on left and right from crossmember (23) | ||
21 | Loosen bolts (16) on left and right | ||
22 | Remove reinforcement (22) | ||
23 | Move hood support (17) out of reinforcement (22) | ||
24 | Remove hood release cable (19) from reinforcement (22) with clips (20) | ||
25 | Remove hood release cable (19) | ||

26 | Install hood release cable (19) | ||
27 | Install hood release cable (19) on reinforcement (22) with clips (20) | ||
28 | Move hood support (17) into reinforcement (22) | ||
29 | Install reinforcement (22) with crossmember (23) | ||
30 | Screw bolts (24) into crossmember (23) on left and right | Loosely position bolts (24). | |
