Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove/install

Remove all detachable parts in repair area.

Secure vehicle on vehicle lift.

Remove screws (4, 5, 6).

 Bolt, assembly carrier at bottom to mounting support

 Bolt, connecting carrier to front axle carrier/radiator support

Remove struts (7r).

Support integral carrier (1) using lifting platform.



Remove screws (2, 3).

Notes on threaded connections fastened using a tightening angle-based tightening process

 Installation: Replace screw/bolts.
First position all screws (2, 3) then tighten.

Lower integral carrier (1) using lifting platform.



Check

Check integral carrier (1) for damage.



 Replace if necessary.

Install in the reverse order.

Apply wax at connections to body.

Cavity preservation (free of solvents), 1 liter
