Disassembling
1 Remove the cab.
2 Unscrew the chassis frame, the cab left stand support.

3 Unscrew the chassis frame, the cab right stand support.
4 Remove and disassemble the cab stabilizer.

Assembling
5 Press mount the cab right stand support bushing.
Position the cab stand support bushing so that the rubber recess is parallel to the stand support corner.

6 Press mount the cab left stand support bushing.
Position the cab stand support bushing so that the rubber recess is parallel to the stand support corner.

7 Pre-mount the left side of the cab stabilizer. The assembly on the right side is carried out in the chassis frame.

8 Attach the left side of the cab stabilizer to the chassis frame.

9 With the aid of a bracket, position the left lever of the stabilizer (1) with a 45° inclination with respect to the chassis frame side member (2).

10 Assemble the components on the right side of the stabilizer fitting the right lever so that its mounting hole is aligned with the corresponding hole in the chassis frame side member and making it possible to assemble the safety splint.

11 Secure the right lever (3) in the stabilizer and complete the assembly on the right side of the stabilizer.

12 Mount the safety splint (5) and secure the right lever of the stabilizer (4) on the chassis frame and the cab stand support.
The stabilizer lever should be leaning against the security splint (arrow).
