Remove/install

Remove hydraulic pump (1)

Remove bolt (2) and loosen bolts (3)

 Installation: Coat bolt (2) with screw locking adhesive.

 Allen head bolts, drive flange to drive shaft

Thread locking adhesive, Loctite 241

Remove drive flange (4)

Tape up axle shaft (5)

Remove circlip (6)

 Installation: Retaining ring (6) must latch fully into place.

Screw two bolts into the holes filled with rubber and remove radial shaft seal (7) using pliers.


Do not support pliers on drive shaft (5).
Otherwise, this may damage the drive shaft (5).

 Installation: Clean sealing surface. Replace radial shaft sealing ring (7), coat with long-life grease and press-in up to end stop.
