Remove/install

Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from ignition lock

Pull card reader (1) out of holder (2) until electrical connector (3) is accessible


Counterhold the holder (2).
Otherwise the holder (2) could be damaged.

Installation: Ensure that electrical wiring harness is routed correctly.

Disconnect electrical connector (3) and remove card reader (1)

Install in the reverse order

Perform commissioning of card reader (1) with vehicle diagnosis system

When replacing the card reader (1).
