Save and transfer parameters of instrument (INS)

Save the parameters of the combined instrument (INS)

1 Connect the Star Diagnosis.

2 Switch-on the ignition.

3 On the Star Diagnosis, select the "INS" (Instrument) system.

4 On the menu "Adaptation of control modules", request the item "Replacement of control module".

5 Follow the instructions indicated on the Star Diagnosis screen.

The control module parameters are transmitted to the Star Diagnosis and temporarily saved on it.

6 Turn off ignition.

Leave the Star Diagnosis connected.

Transmit the parameters of the combined instrument (INS)

7 Switch the ignition on.

8 Follow the instructions indicated on the Star Diagnosis screen.

The parameters temporarily saved in theStar Diagnosis are transmitted to the newcombined instrument (INS).

9 Turn off the ignition.

10 Remove the Star Diagnosis.
