Remove and install

Disconnect the negative cable or turn off the battery master switch

Remove the instrument cluster cover

Loosen the screws (1), press simultaneously the fastening clips of the gage (2) to the housing and, carefully, remove the gage from the instrument cluster

Disconnect the supply pipes (4 and (6) and remove the gage (2) from the instrument cluster

Before disconnecting the pipes, release the pneumatic system pressure and observe the positioning of the supply pipes (4) and (6) on the gage, respectively identified with the identification rings red (3) and blue (5).

After connecting the supply pipes (4) and (6) on the gage, pressurize the pneumatic system and check the connections for tightness with neutral soap foam

Simultaneously press the fastening clips of the fuel level indicator (7) to the housing and, carefully, separate and remove the level indicator from the instrument cluster.

Simultaneously press the fastening clips of the tachometer (9) to the housing and, carefully, remove the tachometer from the instrument cluster

Loosen the fastening supports (10), disconnect the electric wiring harnesses (12) and remove the tachograph (8) pulling it, carefully, by he front part from the instrument cluster

Loosen the screws (11) and remove the bottom board (13)

Install in reverse order
