Remove/install

Switch off ignition.

Remove steering wheel.

Remove trim from steering column.

Remove left footwell cover.

Remove clock spring contact.

Disconnect electrical connector of combination switch (S25) in driver footwell.

Remove combination switch (S25).

Installation:
Do not precut threaded holes when installing a new combination switch (S25).
The screws/bolts (1) may only be changed in the intended installation position of the combination switch (S25) otherwise the retaining lug of the high beam position in the combination switch (S25) will be destroyed.

Install in the reverse order.
