Clean high-voltage distributor (20) and power electronics control unit (N129/1) thoroughly.

 Ensure absolute cleanliness; no dirt particles must enter the components.
Otherwise the high voltage on-board electrical system may be damaged.

Remove screws/bolts (7, 6x).

Pry off high-voltage distributor (20) with two  long wedges evenly from the power electronics control unit (N129/1) and remove.

 Detach high-voltage distributor (20) evenly and without rotating or tilting.
Never subject electrical lines to tension!
Otherwise the contacts or the electrical lines may be damaged.

Clean contact and sealing surfaces on high-voltage distributor (20) and power electronics control unit (N129/1).

 Check for absolute cleanliness.
Otherwise the high voltage on-board electrical system may be damaged.

Install new seal (8).

Remove screws/bolts (7, 6x) as far as possible out of the high-voltage distributor (20).

Connect up high-voltage distributor (20) and power electronics control unit (N129/1) evenly and without rotating or tilting until their sealing surfaces fit closely together.

 High degree of force and aid of helper required!
The contacts or threads may otherwise be damaged!

Tighten bolts (7) in numbered sequence finger-tight.

Tighten bolts (7) in numbered sequence to specified torque  .
