Mark fill level of thermal compound on double cartridge (1).

Break off latch (2) and open double cartridge (1) by doing so.

 Note maximum of 1 h processing time.

Screw mixing spout (3) onto double cartridge (1).

Insert double cartridge (1) into commercially available 50 ml double-cartridge gun and completely fill mixing spout with thermal compound

Apply half of the cartridge contents, approx. 6.2 ml, onto DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1). Area (B).

Apply 60 % of remaining cartridge contents, approx. 4.1 ml, onto DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1). Area (A).

Apply remaining cartridge contents, approx. 2.6 ml, onto DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1). Area (C).

 Approx. 2.1 ml of thermal compound is left in the mixing spout.
