Remove cap from oil reservoir

Inspect seal of cap, replace if necessary.

Fill steering oil reservoir with oil

Do not fill oil to beyond max. mark.

Crank steering from right to left when engine is at a standstill and correct permanent oil level in reservoir

Perform operation until bubble formation can no longer be seen in the steering oil reservoir.

Crank steering with engine at idle speed and correct oil level in reservoir

Perform operation until bubble formation can no longer be seen in the steering
oil reservoir.

Mount cap and tighten-
