Remove/install

Turn steering wheel (4) to center position

The wheels must be in the straight-ahead position.

Remove airbag unit from steering wheel (4)

Disconnect electrical connector (1)

Remove center bolt (2)

Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts

Counterhold the steering wheel (4); have a second person assist you.

Remove steering wheel (4)

Carefully guide electrical wiring harness though steering wheel hub.

Installation: Make sure that drive plate (3) is seated correctly.

Install in the reverse order
