	Disassemble
1	Remove safety ring (1), cover (2) and seal ring (3)
2	Remove protection plate (13) with filter disc (19)
3	Remove niple (7) with seal ring (8)
4	Remove piston (10), control rod (5) and spring (6)	 Insert the sharp edge via housing hole (12) and press piston (10) outside and at the same time press control rod (5) inside.
5	Remove seal ring (16), metal ring (15), and nut (16)
6	Remove retaining ring (18) and filter (17)
7	Remove sealing element (4) from control rod (5)
8	Remove seal rings (9) and (11) from piston (10)
	Clean up
9	Clean up the components and check the parts regarding wear and corrosion	 Use a suitable product for cleaning components, because otherwise they might be damaged.
		 The set parts of repair must be replaced every disassembly.
	Assemble
10	Assemble in piston (10) seal rings (9) and (11)
11	Assemble spring (6) in control rod (5) and insert them in valve housing (12)	 Insert piston (10) (with cam upward) so that it fits inside the control rod (5).
12	Assemble sealing element (4) in rod edge (5), seal ring (3), cover (2), and safety ring (1)
13	Assemble metal seal ring (8) and niple (7)
14	Assemble filter (17), retaining ring (18), nut (14), ring (16) with recess outside and seal ring (16)	 When installing in tank, adjust ring (16) in (15) and tighten nut (14) with specified torque.

	Test it
15	Install the automatic drain valve in bench and operate the test	 Knorr automatic drain valve.	AR42.60-B-0013-01B
