| Remove and install | ||
1 | Turn off the general key or disconnect the negative cable from battery | Preferably, we recommend that you disconnect the negative cable end from fixed battery with screw to the chassis frame. Avoid releasing the negative cable from battery terminals. | |
2 | Depressurize the pneumatic system | ||
3 | Release screws (5) | ||
4 | Remove lining (6) | Actuate the parking brake levers and semi-trailer brake positioning them to ease up the lining removal. | |
5 | Turn off electric connectors (3.1) and (4.1) from 12V electric socket (3) and electric adjustment switch of rear views (4) | ||
6 | Remove the pneumatic pipes | Install: Check leak. | |
7 | Release screws (7) and remove parking brake valve (1) | | |
8 | Install in reverse order | ||
9 | Pressurize the pneumatic system | Turn on the engine until it has reached the opening pressure of the overflow valve of pressure regulator. |
