Remove brake wear sensor (7)

Turn back brake camshaft (6) and brake adjuster (4) with adjustment screw (5)

Turn back adjustment screw (5) anticlockwise.
By turning, noises are caused.

Remove screw (11) from command arm (12)

Remove pins (1)

Remove brake adjuster (4) and shim from brake camshaft (6)

The shim is located between the brake adjuster (4) and the bearing stand.

Install

Position shim and brake adjuster (4) on brake camshaft (6)

Insert pin (1)

Pin (1) should be inserted tension-free.

Put washer (2) and lock pin (1)

Use a new cotter pin (3).

Adjust command arm (12) in brake adjuster (4)
