Attention | In order to prevent damages caused by the bake fluid, immediately clean the vehicle's components reached by the fluid | Collect the fluid that is drained from the brake system to dispose it properly. | |
1 | Disconnect the brake fluid level indicator electrical cable, remove the cover (1) from the reservoir (2) and from the fluid filter | ||
2 | Suction the brake fluid from the reservoir (2) | Collect the brake fluid in a proper container and dispose it according to the environment protection standards. The drained brake fluid can not be reused. | |
3 | Disconnect the master cylinder (5) the rear brake fluid piping (6) and cover its hole with a proper plug | ||
4 | Disconnect the hollow bolt (7), put the distributor nipple away (9) from the front brake fluid circuit hydraulic pump (10) and cover its hole with a proper plug | Install: Replace the sealing washers (8) and apply to the bolt (7) the specified torque. | |

5 | Release the clamp (3) and disconnect the fluid hose to the clutch stroke cylinder (4) | Install: Check the clamp (3) and the hose (4) and, if necessary, replace them. | |
6 | Release the attachment nuts (11) from the master cylinder (5) to the vacuum amplifier (12) and put the support away (13) | Install: Tighten the nuts with the specified moment of tightening. | |

7 | Remove the master cylinder (5) | ||
8 | Install in the reverse direction for the operations | ||
9 | Bleed the brakes hydraulic system |
