 	Removing, installing
 Danger!	Risk of death. Death may result if vehicle slips or topples from the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove propeller shaft		AR41.10-P-0050PF
2	Separate propeller shaft with splined shaft socket (1a) from propeller shaft with splined shaft journal (2)	 The three-piece propeller shaft has two spline connections.
		 Installation: Coat splined shaft profile with Molykote grease: 
		Long-life grease (NLGI grade 2)	BB00.40-P-0266-02A
		Connect sections of propeller shaft	AR41.10-P-0050-05DF
3	Pull rubber boot (4a) off propeller shaft with splined shaft socket (1a)	Installation: Replace damaged rubber boot (4a) and ensure that it is properly seated.	AR41.10-P-0100-06DF
4	Pull off rubber mount (7) with deep-groove ball bearing (8) and front protective cap	 Replace damaged rubber mount (7).	AR41.10-P-0100-01DF
		 Installation: Press rubber mount (7) with deep-groove ball bearing (8) onto linkage arm.	AR41.10-P-0100-05DF
5	Press deep-groove ball bearing (8) out of rubber mount (7) of propeller shaft		AR41.10-P-0100-02DF
6	Install in the reverse order
