Mount Celette module MZ200 (1) with test fixtures 3 and 4 (2) on Celette straightening bench

Mount Celette module MZ080 (3) with test fixtures 13 and 14 (4) on Celette straightening bench

Fit test inserts 17 (5) into test fixtures 13 and 14 (4), insert test pins 16 into test fixtures 13 and 14 (5) and secure using locking pin B76

Place front axle carrier (6) onto test fixtures 3 and 4 (2) and onto test inserts 17 (5)

 If the front axle carrier (6) cannot be positioned without excessive force it must be replaced.

The dimensions between the contact surfaces of the front mount of the front axle carrier (6) and attendant Celette modules (dimension a)

 If one of the permissible dimensions (dimension a) is overstepped there, the front axle carrier (6) must be replaced.
