When performing needle roller bearings assembly (5, 14), always support the pressure part on the temperate side of the bearings with name (arrows). | |||

11 | Put puncture (16.1) of the installation tool on the upper part of the steering knuckle | | |
12 | Install the radial retainer (6) and spring lock washer (7) on the inner staggered side of the pressure piece (16.2) | Radial retainer side should be touching the pressure part, lubrication grooves of the thrust washer should be visible. | |

13 | Position the nut (16.3) together with pressure part (16.2) on the puncture (16.1) and tighten the pressure part until leaning | | |
14 | Move way the pressure part (16.2), turning 180°, then tighten it again until there is a stopper | After radial retainer assembly and thrust washer, remove the installation tool. | |

15 | Assemble the conical roller bearings (10) on the steering knuckle until there is a stopper | ||
16 | Position the steering knuckle (15) on the connection support (8) and determine the axial clearance between conical roller bearings (1) and connection support and determine the corresponding compensation washer (9) | .Axial clearance between the stub axle and the connection support | |
17 | Center the connection support, steering knuckle, and compensation washers | | |
18 | Heat up the steering knuckle hole at 150 °C | If possible, cool the steering knuckle pin (4) in a freezer or use freezing spray. | |

19 | Install the steering knuckle pin (4) without grease | Always use protection gloves when installing the its pin. | |
20 | Assemble the upper needle roller bearings (5) | Be careful to the correct needle roller bearings assembly using the same number of part in each housing (upper and lower) on the steering knuckle. | |
