1 Position dog clutch (30) relative to shift collar (31) by turning the ring gear.
The tooth crests must line up.
2 Apply compressed air to differential lock.

3 Remove pressure switch (1).
4 Check cylindrical pin (3) in pressure switch (1) for ease of movement and grease with multipurpose grease.
5 Coat thread of pressure switch (1) with sealing compound.
6 Screw in pressure switch (1) with locknut (2).
7 Connect multimeter to pressure switch and measure resistance.
8 Screw in pressure switch until the electrical contact is closed.
9 Screw in pressure switch a further 240° (2/3 revolution).
10 Unscrew pressure switch until the electrical contact is opened.
11 Tighten locknut (2).
