Remove

Remove the differential assembly

Remove the differential lock switch (13)

Remove the screws (12) and remove the cover (11) with the sealing gasket (10)

Remove the drive plunger (8)

Place a screw (12) removed in the bore of the drive plunger (8) and extract.

Remove the sliding sleeve (1) from the coupling fork (3)

Remove the pressure spring (2) with the coupling fork (3)

The pressure spring (2) is tensioned.

Check

Check the bush (4)

If the bush (4) presents excessive damage and wear:

replace bush (4).

Install

Install the pressure spring (2) with the coupling fork (3)

Install a new O-ring (9) on the drive plunger (8)

Install the drive plunger (8) with the compensate washer (6) and the distance washer (7) on the differential housing

Grease the O-Ring (9) on the drive plunger (8) and the bush (4) on the differential housing.

Install the cover (11) with a new sealing gasket (10)

The green side of the sealing gasket (10) must be installed to the differential housing.

Install the sliding sleeve (1) on the coupling fork (3)

Check and regulate the axial clearance of the sliding sleeve of the transversal lock
