| Disassemble | ||
1 | Remove the differential | ||
2 | Compress the lock ring (10) and remove the jaws coupling (11) assembled in the differential | ||
3 | Unscrew and remove the pressure switch (12) and the pneumatic connection (13) | The pressure switch must be removed together with the prolonger | |
4 | Remove the entire assembly of the rear axle housing blocking | ||
5 | Disassemble the blocking assembling and the coupling sleeve (9) with the piston (4) and other parts | Apply compressed air in the assembly to make the removal easier | |
6 | Attach the command cylinder in a vise and remove the lock ring (8) | ||
7 | Remove the command cylinder (2) the spring (6), and the spacer ring (7) and the piston (4) | ||
8 | Remove the guide pin (5) from the cylinder (2) with a pin | ||
9 | Remove the bushing (1) with a pin | ||
10 | Remove the sealer (3) | ||
| Assemble | ||
11 | Assemble the sealer (3) in the command cylinder (2) | Grease the assembling | |
12 | Introduce the bushing manually (1) in the command cylinder (2), fit it in the sealer (3) in rotating movement and puncture it with a proper mandrel | The bushing must be faced with the cylinder rear edge | |
13 | Assemble the guide pin (5) | ||
14 | Assemble the piston (4), the spacer ring (7) and the spring (6) | The piston groove must be aligned with the guide pin in the cylinder | |
15 | Attach the command cylinder in a vise and assemble the lock ring (8) | ||
16 | Assemble the coupling sleeve (9) in the piston (4) | Apply compressed air in the cylinder | |
17 | Assemble the entire assembly in the rear axle housing blocking | Match the air inlet holes of the pneumatic switch between the cylinder and the housing | |
18 | Assemble the pressure switch (12) and the pneumatic connection (13) in the rear axle housing | Use new sealing rings | |
19 | Assemble the claw coupling (11) in the differential | ||
20 | Install the differential in the rear axle housing | ||
21 | Adjust the pressure switch | ||
