1 Pack space between dust lip and sealing lip on radial sealing ring with multipurpose grease.

2 Coat outer circumference of radial sealing rings which are not lined with rubber with sealant.

Do not coat partially rubber-coated radial sealing rings with sealing compound.

3 Drive in new radial sealing rings with drift (01, ) flush with the rear axle housing.
