5 | Remove the outlet shaft gear (19) with the stop washer (17) | ||
6 | Remove the tapered roller bearing (20) from the outlet shaft gear (19) | ||
7 | Remove the race ring of the tapered roller bearing (21) from the longitudinal differential casing (22) | ||

8 | Check the support bushing (18) in the outlet shaft gear (19) | If needed, install a new outlet shaft gear (19). | |
9 | Install the race ring of the tapered roller bearing (21) in the longitudinal differential casing (22) | Utilize an appropriate mandrel. | |

10 | Heat up the tapered roller bearing (20) up to approx. 80 °C and install it on the outlet shaft gear (19) up to the stop | ||
11 | Install the outlet shaft gear (19) with the thrust washer (17) | ||
12 | Install the differential casing (14) with the differential spider (15) and the differential bevel gears (16) | ||
13 | Check the support bushing (13) in the front gear (12) | ||
14 | Install the front gear (12) | ||
15 | Install the oil supplying ring (10) and the pressure ring (11) in the front gear (12) | The lubrication grooves of the pressure ring (11) and of the oil supplying ring (10) must face towards front gear(12). | |
16 | Install the coupling sleeve (7), the coupling fork (8) and the pressure spring (9) | Install the coupling fork (8) in the coupling sleeve (7) with the engraved number facing upwards. | |
17 | Install the differential assembly cover (3) with the drive shaft (6) | ||
