Remove the crown with the differential

Remove the taper roller bearing (11) from the differential case (2)

Pull the taper roller bearing from the differential housing

Assemble taper roller bearing in the differential box.

AR35.30-B-4300-05XB

 Installation: Heat the bearing at approx. 80 °C.

Remove the taper roller bearing (10) from the crown (1)

Install the tapered roller bearing on the ring gear

Remove the taper roller bearing of sprocket.

 Installation: Heat the bearing at approx. 80 °C.

Remove the bolts (9) and the crown (1) from the differential case (2).

Remove the pins (3)

 Using a screwdriver, push the pins (3) out of the differential case (2), being careful not to damage the housing.

Remove the pin (7)

 Push the pin (7) out of the differential housing (2), being careful not to damage the housing.

Disassemble the planetary gears (4) and the spherical washers (5) from the differential case (2)

8

Disassemble the sun gears (6) and the thrust washers (8) from the crown (1) and from the differential case (2)

 Installation: Lubricate all components with rear axle oil.



Check

Check the disassembled parts for wear or damage

If necessary:



Replace the damaged or worn parts.

Assemble in the reverse order
