4 | Remove the crown gear (12) | Tap lightly on its periphery with an appropriate tool. | |
5 | Remove the screws from the differential case (15) and completely disassemble it | Before disassembling the differential case, mark the position of the housing in relation to the cover. | |

7 | Secure the satellite housing cover (2) cover to the assembly carrier and mount the planetary gear (4) with the stop washer (3) | The washer lubrication groove should be oriented toward the planetary gear. | |

8 | Install the spacer rings (8) and the differential side gears (6) on the universal joint bearing axles (9) | ||
9 | Install the rollers (7) and the spring lock washers (5) on the differential side gears (6) at the universal joint spider axle (9) | Lubricate the rollers (7) with lubricating grease. | |

10 | Mount the gear set and the universal joint bearing on the planetary gear (4) on the cover (2) | ||
11 | Install the planetary gear (10) and the stop washer (11) on the differential side gears and universal joint bearing | The lubrication groove of the washer must be facing to the planetary gear | |
12 | Install the differential case (13) over the cover | Pay attention on the identification position on the cover (2) and housing (13). | |
13 | Install the differential case cover screws (15) on the differential case | Replace the screws by new ones (15). | |

14 | Heat up the crown gear (12) to approx. 80 °C and install it on the differential case | Pay attention to its position in relation to the differential case. | |
15 | Install the crown gear screws (16) | Assembly: Replace the screws (16). | |

16 | Heat up to approx. 80 °C the inner races of the tapered roller bearings (1, 14) and install at the satellite box edge | Use a proper mandrel to install them until they seat on the differential case edge without clearance. | |
17 | Install the differential on the rear axle |
