Remove

1

Drain the oil from the rear axle



Remove transmission shaft

Lock the differential lock

Remove the air pipe and the electrical plugs

Remove the bell hub with the axle shaft

Remove transmission shaft

Remove the bolts (1) of the differential assembly (2)


Make sure the differential assembly is safely secured in appropriate support.
Otherwise, the differential assembly may fall (2) and cause accidents or damages to the components.

Remove the differential assembly (2) from the axle housing (3)



Install

Clean the sealing surfaces of the differential assembly (2) and the axle housing (3)

Install the differential assembly (2) on the axle housing (3)


Make sure the differential assembly is safely secured in appropriate support.
Otherwise, the differential assembly may fall (2) and cause accidents or damages to the components.

 Pay attention to the size of the screws (1).
Follow the screw mounting (C and D).

 First, install two screws (1) to facilitate installation of the differential assembly (2).

 Apply sealing material to the contact surfaces.

Install the transmission shaft

Install the bell hub with the axle shaft

 Bell type hub fastening bolt to the wheel hub

Unlock the differential lock

Install the transmission shaft

Supply the rear axle with oil


