1 | Remove the wheels | ||
2 | Support the vehicle on chassis | ||
3 | Remove the cable clips from the holder (12) | ||
4 | Remove the ABS sensor | ||
5 | Remove the compressed air connections (2) on the combination brake cylinders | With "VOSS 230" compressed air system. | |
With "VOSS 232" compressed air system (NG 8, 12) or "SCHÄFER SDF" (NG 6).. | |||
Installation: Check the O-Rings, if necessary, replace them. | |||
6 | Disconnect the plug (1) of brake wear sensor | ||
7 | Disconnect the plug (15) of longitudinal differential lock | ||
8 | Remove the compressed air connection (14) of longitudinal differential lock | ||
9 | Disconnect the plug (10) of the transverse differential lock | ||
10 | Remove the compressed air connection (8) of transverse differential lock and the breather (9) | ||
11 | Remove the triangular control arm (13) from the support trestle of the rear axle housing (3) | Triangular tensioning arm | |
12 | Remove transmission shaft | ||
13 | Remove the propeller shaft (11) from the passing axle | ||
14 | Remove the dampers | ||
15 | Remove the longitudinal arm (6) on the bearing trestle (5) | Triangular arm on axle | |
16 | Place at the rear axle (3) a lifting device for fall protection | ||
17 | Remove the screws (7) of the bearing trestle (5) | Bracket guide on mounting | |
18 | Down the rear axle (3) and remove the bearing trestles (5) | ||
19 | Remove the rear axle from underneath the vehicle | ||
20 | Installation in reverse order |
