Empty the compressed air system

Remove the wheels

Remove the ABS sensor

Remove the lining wear sensor connector (7)

Remove the compressed air lines (4) from the brake combined cylinders (2)

With “VOSS 230” compressed air connection system

With compressed air connection system "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) or "SCHÄFER SDF" (NG 6)

 Installation: Check the O-Rings, if necessary, replace them.

Remove the fastening support (3) from the compressed air line

Remove the breather pipe from the rear axle housing

Remove the temperature sensor connector (5)

Remove the differential block connector (15)

Remove the compressed air line (13) from the differential block

Remove the transmission shaft at the drive flange (6)

Remove the travel sensor rod (14) from the air suspension

Remove the shock absorbers (16)

De-pressurize the air suspension

Remove the screws (10) that fasten the pneumatic bellows

Unfasten the rear axle from the underside of the vehicle, pulling it out
