Disassemble and assemble

Remove the axle shaft joint

Install: Change the needle rollers (6) (9), sealing rings (5) and cotter pins (2). Apply grease to the needle rollers before installing.

Check the axle shaft (10) (12), the notched crosshead (7), and the bearing brackets (8) for damage and wear and, if necessary, replace them

Assemble in reverse order
