Install

1

Remove the propeller shaft (1) only on the front axle

.

 Remove only the front axle side.

 Support the propeller shaft.

Remove the front axles primary shafts

.

Remove the crown with the differential

Remove the locking washer (8)

5

Remove the threaded ring (4)

 Do not extract the drive bevel gear (5)

 Ratio wrench

Prepare the drive bevel gear (5) for removal

Pull the drive bevel gear (5) from the shaft housing (9)

Remove the spacer discs (7) from the shaft housing (9)

Check the pinion bearing (6) on the shaft housing (9), replace if necessary

 Drift

In case of damage:



Replace the pinion bearing.

Install

Place the spacer ring (7) on the shaft housing (9)

 The thicker spacer ring (7) shall be mounted towards the center of the shaft.

Prepare the drive bevel gear (5) for install

Remove the clamp and install the drive bevel gear (5) on the shaft housing (9)

 Apply sealing compound to the threaded ring (4) and tighten

Check the mounting dimension of the drive bevel gear

Remove the drive bevel gear (5) again and place the measured spacer disc (7)

Install the locking washer (8)

 .Bolt fastening the retaining plate of the drive pinion

Install the bevel gear with the differential
