Remove front wheels

Remove/install wheels

Support axle using a jack to relieve the load from leaf spring

Disconnect the LHS and RHS electrical connector (1) from front wheel speed sensor and remove the tags using wire cutter

Remove the air hoses port 11 (2) and port 12 (3) from spring brake actuators

 Using 24 mm open-end spanner.

Remove front shock absorber (4) from the spring seat and chassis

 Using 24 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet.

Remove split pin (5) of the drag link ball joint on both sides from second idler arm and steering arm using circlip pliers, drift and hammer

Remove drag link ball joint nut (6) from the second idler arm and steering arm

 Using 41 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet.

Remove drag link (7) from the second idler arm and steering arm using puller

 Installation: Using 41 mm hexagonal socket and torque wrench.

 Drag link to the second idler arm

Remove anti-roll bar (8) both sides from link rod

 Using 24 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet.

 Installation: Using 24 mm hexagonal socket and torque wrench.

 Anti-roll bar to link rod

Remove anti-roll bar bearing cap (9) from spring seat and remove the anti roll bar

 Using 18 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet.

 Installation: Using 18 mm hexagonal socket and torque wrench.

 Anti-roll bar bearing cap to spring seat

Support the front axle on both sides using trolley

Remove front spring U-clamp (10) and spring support bracket (11)

 Using 30 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet.

 Installation: Using Hexagonal socket and torque wrench.

 Front spring support bracket and the U-clamp

Lower the front axle (12), spring seat (13) and Pull out front axle from the vehicle

Remove the dowel pin (14) from front axle

Fix the front axles to the front axle overhaul work stand

Remove wheel hub on both sides of front axle

Remove/install front wheel hub

Remove front foundation brake on both sides of front axle.

Remove/install brake shoes at front axle

Remove stub axle on both side of front axle

Install in the reverse order
