Empty AIRmatic system using STAR DIAGNOSIS

 Do not discharge the air suspension elements.

Carefully detach pressure line connection (42a) from central reservoir (42)

 Residual pressure 2 to 3 bar.

Plug the pressure line for the duration of the repair operations.

 If pressure line or its connection fittings are damaged:

Recondition AIRmatic pressure line connection.

Remove bolts (arrows) and remove central reservoir (42)



Install in the reverse order

Fill AIRmatic system using STAR DIAGNOSIS

Check AIRmatic for leaks.
