Remove/install air suspension control module

A6 Electronic level adjustment control module

Remove/install

Switch off ignition and withdraw ignition key

Rotate retaining clips (2) through approx. 90 degrees counterclockwise and detach cover (1) from bulkhead

Open tie strap (3)

Unscrew nuts (4)

Pry bracket (5) off the threaded bolt (6) of the firewall, pull bracket (5) out of the guide (arrow) and turn over

The electronic level adjustment control module (A6) is located on the back of the bracket (5).

Pay attention to the wiring harnesses when turning over the bracket (5).

Unscrew nuts (7) and remove electronic level adjustment control module (A6) from the bracket (5)

Installation: Install new nuts (7)

Disconnect connector (8) from electronic level adjustment control module (A6)

Installation: Ensure that the connector (8) is properly seated.

Install in the reverse order

Calibrate electronic level adjustment control module (A6ENR)

Only when replacing the electronic level adjustment control module (A6).
