Removing, installing

Installation:

Replace self-locking nuts

Remove front wheel

 The vehicle frame may be damaged if the support stands are incorrectly fitted.

 Lug nut

*BA40.10-N-1001-01B

Support front axle with jack

Unscrew lower shock absorber bolt

 Shock absorber to front axle

*BA32.25-N-1001-01A

Unscrew nuts (4) on spring U-bolts (3)

Spring U-bolt to front axle

*BA32.20-N-1001-01C

Lower front axle slightly

Remove spring U-bolt (3) and plate (2)

Unscrew nut (8) from front spring bracket and remove washer (9)

Nut, front spring to front spring bracket

Unscrew nuts (5)

Nut/bolt, front spring to rear spring bracket

*BA32.20-N-1003-01C

Remove bolts (7) and shackles (6)

Pull front spring (1) off seat and remove



Checking

Check bushes

 If the bushes are damaged 

Replace bushes of front spring

Install in the reverse order
