Remove driver-side footwell cover next to the steering column

Only on right-hand drive vehicles.

Remove foot throttle actuator (B1)

Disconnect electrical connector (2) of the foot throttle actuator (B1) at the multipoint connector

Disconnect electrical connector (3) from foot throttle actuator (B1)

Foot throttle actuator (B1), new design

Install in the reverse order

Teach in foot throttle actuator (B1) using STAR DIAGNOSIS

Only when replacing previous version of foot throttle actuator (B1).

Read out fault memory in drive control (FR) control unit using Star Diagnosis and erase faults if necessary
