Removing/installing

Switch off ignition

Remove footwell cover on the driver side

Unclip electrical connector (1) for foot throttle actuator (B1) from multipoint connector above the brake pedal

Unscrew bolts (2) and remove foot throttle actuator (B1)

Install in reverse order

Teach in foot throttle actuator (B1) using STAR DIAGNOSIS

Only if foot throttle actuator (B1) has been replaced.

Read out fault memory in drive control FR (FMR) control unit using STAR DIAGNOSIS and delete
