Remove the pedal bracket (1)

Removing and installing the service brake valve

If necessary, replace the securing studs (2) on the pedal bracket (1).

Attach the complete bracket to a suitable base

Remove the brake light switch (23)

After making all adjustments to the pedal, adjust the brake light switch.

Release the return auxiliary spring (10)

Lubricate the fastening handles.

Remove the bolts (15), the stop support (14) and the pedal stop (16)

Installation: Install a new pedal stop.

Remove the locking bolt (13) with the spring lock washer (12a) and the axle locking plate (12)

Remove the drive shaft (11), the 66 MS polyamide bushings (9) and the spacer washers (11a)

Installation: Install new 66MS polyamide bushings (9) and lubricate them together with the shaft by applying the specified lubricant.
Check the free movement of the pedal.

Remove the cotter pin (22), spacer washer (21), rod pivot shaft (20), rod fork (19) and adjusting nut (18)

Installation: Install new cotter pin and, if necessary, replace the pivot shaft of the rods (20) and the rod fork (19).
Lubricate the articulation.
